National Record Store Day 2018 – Rotherham Sunday 22nd April : Cora Pearl / Femur / The Vella’s / The Good Foxy

The spinning disc is a small independent vinyl record store in Wath upon Dearne in Rotherham. They are hosting their first National record store day, they will be joined by three Sheffield bands; Cora Pearl, Femur and The Vella’s as well as a band from Clitheroe in Lancashire – The Good Foxy.

All up coming excellent bands and they  are enjoying following them on their journeys into the music scene. On the lead up and on the day, they hosting a raffle in support of South Yorkshire Air Ambulance and  have had support from a lot of business with some brilliant raffle prizes.

There will be a few stalls available on the day where you can buy merchandise, vinyl records, paintings and spiritual goods.

On the day in question the doors open at our venue Montgomery Hall at 2pm and the first band will be on stage at 3.30pm in the interim there will be an indie, rock, punk and grunge disco and the last act The Vella’s will be on stage at 8pm. The night will finish at around 10.30pm and the bar will be open all day.



Tickets are on sale at Montgomery Hall in Wath, as well as being on sale at The Spinning Disc at Wath Mini Market, Montgomery Rd.

Tickets are priced at £7.50 for general admission tickets and £9.50 for a VIP pass which allows you to meet the bands, get autographs and take pictures on your phones or cameras. Tickets on the day will be £9.50 and £11.50 retrospectively.
